3. EXHANGE POLICY
If you don’t luv your purchase we’ll gladly exchange it under these conditions:
A. All items being exchanged must be in original mint condition, not worn or altered, with complete manufacturer’s setting in place, net and tag not removed. No makeup, perfume or spray can be accepted, and must be in original box and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange if the wig is not in its original condition as described above.
B. Request your RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) by email at exchange@iluvwigs.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. We must receive your package no more than 7 days after we issue the RMA number, with the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the box. Our receiving department is not authorized to accept returns without RMA numbers. With no RMA, your package will be refused, possibly causing a delay past the 7-day window. Once your RMA expires, your purchase is ineligible for exchange. Mail your authorized, insured package, return freight prepaid to:

Return freight must be prepaid. COD packages will be refused. Inside the box, please include a printed copy of your order including order number and date, customer name, address, telephone number, email address, and most helpful to us, the reason for exchange.
C. Please allow approximately one week to process your exchange from the time we receive it.

D. One exchange per item, of equal or greater value. There are no refunds. If your exchange is of lesser value, the difference remains as a store credit. Restocking charges will be deducted from your store credit. Click here to learn about our restocking charge.

4. REFUND POLICY

5. RESTOCKING CHARGE
There is an $8 restocking charge per item. Human hair items are subject to 20% restocking charge.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your order will be processed as soon as we receive it. In the event you wish to cancel, we will do everything in our power to cancel if the shipper has not shipped yet. Once your order has been shipped, no cancellation is possible. Click here to learn about refused orders/incorrect address.

7. UPGRADED SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS

We ship all orders by UPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive. UPS 2nd day air charge is $10. Please allow 4-7 business days for your package to arrive. UPS Next Day Air charge is $20. Please allow 2-4 business days for your package to arrive. Alaska and Hawaii must ship by air. 8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Canada: UPS 2nd day air freight $20.
International: UPS International airfreight $60.

9. REFUSED ORDERS/INCORRECT ADDRESS
We luv to get your orders right! Please supply us with the correct shipping address and zip code for UPS. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Any orders refused, or returned as non-deliverable due to incorrect address or zip code will be subject to a 20% order handling fee, in addition to the regular restocking charges that apply.

10. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Products claimed to be defective will be reviewed by our experienced quality control staff. We will determine if the item has a manufacturer’s defect and process your exchange accordingly. Defective merchandise will be replaced or exchanged. Non-defective merchandise will be returned to you at your expense. Exchanges due to quality defects will not be considered after 30 days from receipt of order. When returning defective merchandise, follow the same procedure outlined in our exchange policy.

11. TRACKING ORDERS
Once your order has been shipped, you may be provided a UPS tracking number by emailing us your order #, name and address at tracking@iluvwigs.com.

12. BACK ORDERS
If any item(s) on your order are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by email along with the expected fulfillment date.

13. SECURITY
It is Iluvwigs’ Policy to keep confidential all information obtained by Customer, including name, business name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and items ordered. For your peace of mind and added Security, Iluvwigs uses the latest SSL encryption technology to ensure that your online transactions can be made without fear of interception.

14. DISCREET BILLING
We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. Your credit card statement will show only the initials "ILW". (The initials stand for "ILuvWigs".) The word "wig" will not appear on your credit card statement.
